  Well done to Rory, Bethan and Joshua for being the Shining Stars of the Week for our first week back in 2020. They all demonstrated our golden value of "love".

• Golden Values Termly Award

  Congratulations to Rory, Oliver, Ella, Eva, Evan A and Avery for winning the Golden Values awards for Autumn 2019. These children consistently demonstrated our values of  Love, Honesty, Resilience, Perseverance, Stewardship, Respect. This is a termly award, for which two children from each class are nominated and one is chosen for the overall Golden Values Award. The overall winner for the Autumn term was Eva, from year 1, congratulations Eva and keep up the good work!

  

• Christmas jumper day - raising money for Liberty's Legacy charity

  The children all came to school in colourful or Christmas jumpers today in aid of local charity Liberty's Legacy which raises money to conduct research into Bone cancer.  We raised around £50, thank you to all of you who donated.

  

• Beauty and the Beast Pantomime 2019

  The children were treated to a wonderful performance of Beauty and the Beast funded by the P&F today.  They all had a lovely time and enjoyed the perfomance! Thank you to the Parents and Friends.

  

• Christingle service at All Saint’s Church

  On Sunday 8th December some of the children took part in the Christingle singing and doing some lovely readings. The children all received a Christingle and lit their candles.

• Lest We Forget - Poem and minute's silence for Remembrance

  We remembered those who had given their lives for our freedom by reading a poem, holding hands and staying still and silent for a minute of reflection. 

  

• Vet talk by Dr. S Thompson and Rilla the Chinchilla

  Dr. Thompson came in and gave the children a brilliant talk on her profession as a Veterinarian.  She brought a special guest with her too, Rilla the Chinchilla is 17 years old and the children were enthralled!  Thank you Dr.Thompson for coming in to visit us.
