Reception Multiskills Festival - we had lots of fun at our multi-skills sports festival at HGSS. We used our gross motor skills and balance and did several different activities.

The children went to HGJS in November for a Gymnastics festival. They did a variety of gym-based activities which worked on their flexibility, co-ordination and balancing skills.

Snowy Fun
Reception enjoyed letting their light shine today for Children in Need, by wearing yellow and learning about children who are less fortunate than themselves.
Reception celebrated Diwali by making lanterns and Diva lamps. This was part of our RE work on other cultures and religions, this helps the children understand and appreciate that we are all different
