School Council
Welcome to our School Council
What is School Council?
At Coleshill, we respect and value the opinions of our pupils and the School Council gives pupils a forum to share these opinions with members of staff and have their voices heard.
Our school council sessions give pupils the opportunity to participate in discussions about improvements we can make to our school and garden, charity and fundraising, school events and about how we can make our school the best possible place for everyone in our school community.
School Council Class Representatives
Each class democratically elects two class representatives to attend a weekly meeting with Miss Keep and put forward thoughts and ideas on their behalf.
Our first school council session of the 2024-2025 academic year will start by reintroducing school council before we holding elections to democratically elect our school council class representatives.

School Council 2023-2024
Our school council has had a very successful year. They have shared their thoughts and opinions on how to improve school uniform and our school lunches and have put forward ideas on how we can celebrate events such a Children in Need.
We all voted on a charity to support this year and the school community did an amazing job raising an incredible £1052.10 from a sponsored penalty shoot out.
Thank you to every member of our school council and to Daphne, Wolfie, Ruby, Tommy, Conrad and James for doing such a brilliant job in your role at School Council Class Representative.
