• Our first produce!

  Bizi and the children have recently prepared the raised beds and planted some seeds and today we picked our first produce!  We grew some amazing radishes!

• Sports Day 2024

  The children had a brilliant Sports day on Friday 21st June, taking part in a carousel of activities in the morning and races in the afternoon.  Thank you so much to parents for coming along and supporting the children and also for taking part in the adult races!

   

   

  

• Shining Stars of the Week

• Amersham Field Centre trip

  On Monday 17th June, we went on a brilliant whole school trip to the Amersham Field Centre, as part of our science curriculum.  The children took part in workshops on habitats and found some amazing creatures in a pond dipping session.

  

• Visit from Sarah Greene

  Sarah Greene, who was elected as our local MP three years ago and is currently standing as a candidate in the upcoming elections, came to visit us today.  She spoke to the children about her role and they asked some excellent questions and learned about what MPs do and how they serve us.

  

• Father's Day event

  On Friday 14th June, we invited Dads or male relatives to come into school and spend some time with the children.  They did Forest School acitivities with Bizi and some PE games with Mr Hall, then had some refreshments.

   

  It was wonderful to see so many relatives be able to attend, thank you for coming and we hope you enjoyed the afternoon.

  

• Living Eggs hatching programme

  A huge thank you to the P&F who funded our recent Living Eggs hatching programme.  The children loved seeing the eggs hatch and watching the chicks grow!  

  

• Reception visit from a Police Officer

  Thu 13 Jun 2024

  Reception had a visit this week from Rosie's Dad, who is a Police Officer.  He helped them solve the crime that the evil pea had committted!  He also helped the children understand what Police Officers do to help us.
