  Year 1 Multiskills festival November 2022 - the Year 1 children enjoyed a variety of physical activities which used hand-eye coordination, balance and gross motor skills. 

  

• Remembrance

  The children were very quiet and respectful in the Remembrance Service today.  Before the service, George Osborne, Matilda in Year 2's Dad, kindly came in to visit us to deliver a wonderful assembly on Remembrance. 

   

  A child from each class was chosen to go over to the Church and lay our wreath on the memorial.

   

   

  

• Street Kids Direct assembly

  Today we had a visit from the Street Kids Direct charity, who delivered an assembly on how they help children in Guatemala.

  The children had a wonderful time at Brooklands Museum yesterday.  They learned all about our current topic, transport and did some educational workshops.

• Apple juice label design winners!

  Thank you for all of the generous donations of apples for our apple juice this year.  The bottles are now ready and will be on sale for £3 each, will all profits going to the P&F to fund resources for your children.

   

  We had a competition for all pupils to design a label and for one person from each class to win the chance for their design to be printed on the bottles and this was won by Pippa (Year R), Luella (Year 1) and Rosie (Y2). Congratulations to you all and well done on your lovely designs!
