This morning, Year 2 enjoyed a trip to our local village church as part of our R.E. curriculum learning about special places.  Rector Johnny very kindly showed us around and talked to us about all of the different things we can find inside it and what the different things are used for.  We learned about the font, organ, pulpit, sanctuary, altar, lecturn and stained glass window to name a few!  The children were all Exceptional Explorers and showed great curiosity, asking lots of great questions.
