HEADTEACHER'S WELCOME
As headteacher of this outstanding school, I am delighted to welcome you to our website. We provide a happy and hard-working environment for our children, in which Christian values underpin everything we do. Our aim is to promote each child’s individual development and educational needs in a welcoming, safe and stimulating environment, where learning is fun.
The children are central to all we do at Coleshill Church of England Infant School and our personalised approach ensures that every single child is loved, nurtured and valued. Coleshill has a reputation for excellence, with absolute alignment around high expectations and a motivational culture, together with a relentless focus on quality teaching and learning.
We have very high standards and are extremely proud of all our achievements and many national awards and accreditations, which include the Investors in Families Award, Unicef's Rights Respecting Schools Award, the Basic Skills Agency's Quality Mark, the British Council's and government International Award, the NACE Challenge Award for our excellent provision for able, gifted and talented pupils, Activemark for sport, the Green Flag Eco Schools Award, Level 3 Travel Plan, as well as national and local Healthy Schools Awards. In our most recent Ofsted inspection, the school was judged to be outstanding in all categories, with no key issues. I hope this website gives you an insight into our wonderful school.
